The rooms here are very well-organised and equipped, with a balcony offering a fantastic view and a comfortable king bed, and the staff are attentive and knowledgeable, while the pool area is kept impeccably clean.

It was brand-new, top-notch and with a view.

The location right on lakefront was particularly good. The staff was amazing friendly and smart, everything was ideal.

The room was fantastic with a beautiful lake view, and I loved how conveniently close it was to the town center, plus being just 3 km from Lake Taupo.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Taupo, greatly enjoyed it and property's very caring and top-class staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was delicious and the parking was onsite. The location in a shopping area was stunning and there were the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. I ate in the beachfront restaurant nearby.

This place has incredibly friendly staff at the reception, the restaurant for dinner was excellent, and it's conveniently situated near cafes and restaurants, making it a great spot to stay.

Good view over the Lake. Good sized and comfortable bed.Environmently friendly with only changing towels etc if requested.

Noisy being so close to the main road through Taupo. The shower leaked onto the ceramic tiles into the hallway which could be potentially very dangerous if someone didn't notice and slipped.

The rooms are fantastic, with view over Lake Taupo (wonderful at sunset), clean and sooo comfortable. Staff is very friendly and willing to help you for anything you may ask. And taking a quick swim in the heated pool and hot pool at the end of the day is priceless.

Maybe a 'little' bit far from downtown Taupo, but there's a parking lot and the lakeside...

The location is perfect and the rooms are nicely furnished, the restaurant is really nice with very helpful staff, and the food is savory.

Friendliness of staff, lovely decor & New Zealand art & sculpture,excellent restaurants and close proximity to Lake Taupo.

I would recomand the place. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was superb. Had stocked room with a balcony, which I loved. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the check in was friendly.

The breakfast here is really good and there's plenty of it. 🍳 Plus, you're in a great spot for shopping, close to the lake, town center, and the Edgewater Restaurant. It's super convenient being just a stone's throw away from everything.

Location was amazing!!! Absolutely beautiful views particularly where our room was situated. Also it wasn't far from central things (shops) of taupo. The room was very well heated which was a huge thing for me.

Shower could have been cleaner ( the glass round the shower) Staff were pretty good overall, especially one of the managers who showed us to the room, however when leaving we did not get asked how we enjoyed our stay. Which is the first time for me this has happened so I was suprised. Also outside at night after 11pm there were a few loud people who were staying at the same hotel making quite abit of noise. Especially on the balcony.

On arrival we were automatically upgraded to a lakeside suite. Food excellent and all staff extremely friendly. We will definitely stay again
